I agree to follow the written guidelines and processes established as presented in the student club/organization "New Organization Packed". Upon completion of the following steps, I agree to remain compliant with the guidelines set in place to remain a student club/organization at Trinity Valley Community College. I understand that failure to follow the established guidelines in the formation of a student club/organization during the 30 day probationary period will result in the potential student club/organization from being officially formed. I understand the continued requirements to remain a compliant are as follows:
1. Recertify your student club/organization during the Fall semester each year.
2. Complete ANNUAL risk management training for all leaders, sponsors, and officers within the student club/organization during the Fall semester each year.
3. Maintain an updated membership list.

Risk Management Documentation

Annually, advisors and officers of NEW & EXISTING student clubs/organizations must complete Risk Management training. Training includes reading the Risk Management Training Booklet, completing the Risk Management Questionnaire, and signing the signature page as evidence of your understanding of TVCC Risk Management policies. The Risk Management Training Booklet can be found below or on the TVCC clubs and organizations webpage.
