To be eligible for Continuing Cardinals, you must meet the following criteria:
Must have completed 12 dual credit hours while in High School
Must be attending Trinity Valley Community College, Fall semester after graduation
Must be graduating from a Tax paying ISD (Athens, Brownsboro, Crandall, Cross Roads, Eustace, Frankston, Kaufman, Kemp, LaPoynor, Mabank, Malakoff, Palestine, Scurry- Rosser, Terrell and Trinidad)
